Electrical Hazard: Turn off the cooling unit, disconnect all power sources and perform

lockout/tagout procedures before performing any electrical or mechanical service. Wear

appropriate personal protective equipment when checking hazardous voltages.

 Verify that the fan hardware is tight.

 Clean or replace the air filters.

 Clean the condensate drain line.

 Clean the dust from door perforations.

 Clean the dust from fan bezels.

 Clean and inspect the inline chilled water strainer.

Functional tests

 Verify the cooling operation mode is functioning properly.

 Verify the operation of the chilled water actuator.

Semi-Annual Preventive Maintenance

Perform all the Monthly/Quarterly Preventive Maintenance items and the items below.

Cleanliness
