SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE INCLUDED WITH PRODUCT PURCHASE:

• 1-year warranty on hardware

• 90-day warranty on software

• 90 days phone, e-mail, and Web support

• 90 days entitlement to software upgrade releases, when and

if available

FIRST YEAR BRIDGE SOFTWARE WARRANTY

First Year Bridge Software Warranty extends the NetBotz software warranty from 90 days to 1 full year,

including:

• phone, e-mail, and Web support

• entitlement to software upgrade releases and premium software modules released during the period of

support & maintenance coverage, when and if available.

First Year Bridge Software Warranty for NetBotz Appliances encompasses Monitoring Appliances and

BotzWare, and add-on software applications. First Year Bridge Software Warranty for NetBotz Central

encompasses NetBotz Central & Surveillance.

First Year Bridge Software Warranty must be purchased within 90 days from date of product purchase.

Registration - End customer must register with NetBotz to activate agreement. The customer must register

the serial numbers of the appliances and pods to be covered.
