FULL YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY RENEWAL

Full Year Extended Warranty Renewal extends the following for one full year:

• phone, e-mail, and Web support

• entitlement to software upgrade releases and premium software modules released during the period of

support & maintenance coverage, when and if available

• hardware warranty coverage

Full Year Extended Warranty Renewal for NetBotz appliances encompasses Monitoring Appliances and

BotzWare, Pods, and add-on software applications. Add-on hardware devices with a U.S. list price less than

$300 (such as Amp Detectors, External Temperature Sensor, Extension Cables) are not covered. Full Year

Extended Warranty Renewal for NetBotz Central encompasses NetBotz Central & Surveillance.

If a customer is purchasing a new Full Year Extended Warranty Renewal and the equipment is not currently

covered under an agreement, there is a 30 day waiting period between when agreement is purchased and

when the agreement takes effect.

Registration - End customer must register with NetBotz to activate agreement. The customer must register

the serial numbers of the appliances and pods to be covered.
