Description. Add a breaker at the panel position selected by the brkrTarget and brkrPanel commands.

The required inputs are the number of poles, the CT rating and breaker rating.

Parameters: <# poles> <CT> <Rating>

#poles = number of poles the breaker protects (must be 1,2,3)

CT = rating of the current transformer monitoring the positions (must be 50 | 100)

Rating = rating of the breaker being monitored (must be <= 100)
