Power Module Installation

Installing

WARNING!

Only APC-trained personnel familiar with the construction and operation of the

equipment, and the electrical and mechanical hazards involved, may install and remove

system components.

CAUTION!

Before installing any modules in the UPS, ensure that the System Enable Switch is left in the

STAND-BY position (if not, see section on Total Power Off.

At least 1 Battery Module (4 Battery Units) is required in the battery enclosure and the

DC breaker to be on to start up the system. If using value line battery cabinets, battery

conﬁguration will need to be entered manually through display,



Starting from the
