A. Section Includes: Warm Air Micro-CHP System using fuel gas (natural gas or liquid propane) to heat indoor
spaces and generate power, while also providing on-demand power for grid boost or back-up power conditions.
System can also integrate conventional air conditioning equipment for summer time cooling operation.

a. Furnace
i. Firing Rates: 60, 80, 100 or 120 Btu/hr
ii. Annual Fuel Utilization Ef ciency: 95%
iii. Stages of Combustion and Air Flow: Two (2)
iv. ECM Blower Motor Ef ciency: 70% or higher
v. Cooling: 1 - 5 Tons (Capability if out tted with Air Conditioning Equipment)
b. MCHP Unit
i. Steady State Ef ciency: 89% or higher
ii. Power Output:
1. MCHP Mode = 1.2 kW
2. Grid Boost Mode = 1.8 kW
3. Back-up Mode = 0.2 – 1.8 kW
