General cleaning

Inspect and clean the EcoBreeze system on a regular basis. Do not use cleaners, chemicals,

or other materials with strong fumes or odors. Thoroughly remove all cleaning solution residue

from interior surfaces.

• Remove any debris.

• Exterior: Spray wash the exterior with low pressure water and a mild detergent. All

detergent must be removed with clean water.

• Coils (evaporative and condenser): Clean the fins with steam or a non-corrosive solvent

and water hose to remove oil, pollen, dust, and soil. Do not use a direct high-pressure

blast as damage to the coil may occur. Do not spray water into any compartment not

equipped with a floor drain. Excessive accumulations of water could leak or cause

damage.

• Dump and flush the basin. Ensure the fill line drain valve opens when the fill valve closes

and that the basin drain opens.
