Functional tests



Verify that the water treatment specialist has made the monthly site visit (when applicable).

NOTE: Some regions do not require monthly checks of the water treatment system.

• Conductivity settings are in proper range.

• Fill, drain, and blow down functions are operating properly.

• Water dip slide test for biologicals, calibration of conductivity sensor verified, and conductivity of

inlet water check have all been performed.



Check the condenser coil. Remove debris. Check the condition of the spray nozzles and

strainers in each Module. Check the top surfaces of heat exchanger.



Check the IT containment temperature and air flow. Adjust system settings as needed.



Check the water pump and flow switch operation.



Check the outdoor air fan. Remove debris from the fan guard. Check and clean the fan blade.



Check the location and mounting of the user interface. Check operation of display and key pad.

Check alarms, record component run time hours, reset maintenance interval alarm



Remove and clean the water screen in each Module during the months of wet operation.
