Appendix A: Operation

How to Apply Power to the System

This procedure provides instruction for re-applying power to an already installed system. For initial

start-up instructions, see “Start-Up Procedure” on page 33.

1. Close (turn ON) the main circuit breaker for

the power source feeding the PDU.

2. Close (turn ON) the main input breaker on

the PDU.

3. Power the PDU distribution circuit breakers.:

a. Close (turn ON) the main output breaker

on the front of the PDU.

Note

When the main output circuit breaker is closed (turned ON), both PDU distribution

panels are energized.
