InfraStruXure Central 4.0 User’s Reference 65
Configuring User Account Preferences
Enables you to specify the password, e-mail address, and description that will be used for the
InfraStruXure Central server's administrator account. The user name for this account is always “apc.” The
default password is “apc” as well.
To change the password:
1. Type in the Current password field the password that is currently assigned to the administrator
account.
2. Type in the New password field the new password that will be used for the administrator account.
3. Type the new password again in the Verify password field.
4. Click OK to save the new password.
Be sure to type in the E-mail address field an administrator e-mail address: Important system e-mail
notifications will be automatically sent to this address when necessary.
