Troubleshooting

Overview

This section lists all of the alarm and status messages that are displayed on the InfraStruXure 20kW

System display interface. A suggested corrective action is listed with each message to help you

troubleshoot problems. Contact APC Technical Support for assistance with complex problems.

See “APC Customer Support” on the back cover of this manual for contact

information.

Note

More than one message may occur at the same time. Be sure to review all of the

messages for a better understanding of the system condition.

Note

If the display interface reports a problem with a component, verify that the component

is correctly installed in the InfraStruXure 20kW System.

Note

If the system works in bypass, ensure the presence of AC mains supply input.

If a problem persists, note UPS model #, serial #, and date purchased before calling

APC Customer Support. See “How to Obtain Service” on page 83.
